Worst customer service. I returned shoes which were too small one month ago via UPS and still didn't get the refund. They don't react to complaints or questions. I don't recommend ordering there.
Pricing was in line or better than other retailers. Ordered the shoes on tuesday and arrived on saturday. Quality shoes directly from a brand. I would recommend.
This has been the worst experience. I am an avid fan of the shoes and so kept trying over and over to purchase. There is no customer service, The website takes my orders and then a few days later send notice that they spontaneously cancelled without a reason, If the product does finally go through it is completely the wrong one that is sent. And as mentioned at that point there is no one to speak with because no one answers the phone or emails. In fact, usually the phone just disconnects before it rings. I have written to the company itself via snail mail and filed a complaint with the BBB. I will do so again. I wish I knew how else to warn people. What a shame - such a fantastic product.
FILE WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION NOW DONT BUY FROM THEM
File a complaint and it will turn into a class action lawsuit.
Haven't issued my refund even when return was received. its been over a month now.

Absolutely zero customer service available if there is a problem. Do not recommend from ordering online. I ordered shoes, they are stuck in transit. Have been in the same location for a week now. No answer from their phone and no answer from their email response team.
I placed my order and the next day I received an email that my order was cancelled. Tried contacting company but received no response. Not sure if it's a real website. I really wanted my shoes so I was disappointed :( It took several days for the payment to be removed from statement. Why would they charge my credit card if they didn't have the product!
I placed an order for one pair of shoes. Two days later I received an email stating that my order had been canceled. It said that the order may have been canceled because either the item was out of stock or because there was a problem with my payment. I emailed them back to see what the problem was and never got a response. The only reason that I am rating this a two instead of a one is because of the current pandemic situation.
